社区综合干预在糖尿病患者中的应用研究

目的：探讨社区综合干预在糖尿病患者中的护理效果,提高患者的生存质量,总结护理经验。方法：随机将社区200例糖尿病患者分为观察组和对照组各100例,观察组实施为期6个月的社区综合干预,对照组仅在住院时进行糖尿病知识宣教,比较两组患者糖尿病相关知识掌握程度,以及血糖、血脂等各项指标监测情况等。结果：观察组护理效果明显好于对照组,如观察组患者糖尿病相关知识知晓率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,空腹血糖、血脂等低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：社区综合干预可以提高了糖尿病患者的糖尿病相关知识知晓率,降低血糖、血脂水平,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Study Comprehensive Community Intervention on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective：To explore the nursing effects of the comprehensive community intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus,improve the life quality of patients,and to sum up the nursing experience.Method： 200 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus in the community were randomly divided into the investigation group（100 cases） and the control group（100 cases）.The former took the comprehensive community intervention（for example health education,controlled diet,quantifiable interference,pharmaceutical treatment,etc）,patients in control group received diabetic knowledge education only when they were in hospital,and then compared the nursing effect of them,including rate of grasped basic knowledge,fasting plasma glucose,blood fat,etc.Result： The effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group.There were statistic difference in rate of grasped basic knowledge,fasting plasma glucose,blood fat between the investigation group and the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： Comprehensive community intervention for diabetes mellitus patients can enhance the rate of grasped basic knowledge,decrease the level of blood glucose and blood fat,improve quality of life,and hence is worthy applying in clinical practice.
