成都铁路职工高尿酸血症患病情况及相关因素分析

目的 调查成都铁路职工高尿酸血症的患病率,并探讨高尿酸血症与血糖,血脂,血压的关系.方法 对1948名健康体检者进行横断面调查,分析高尿酸血症与血糖,血脂,血压等因素的相关关系.结果 男性1206例(62%),女性742例.人群高尿酸血症患病率为19.92%.各年龄段患病率男性高于女性,且呈年龄相关性,高尿酸血症与空腹血糖无关,与三酰甘油、高血压、肥胖相关.结论 成都铁路职工高尿酸血症的患病率高;高尿酸血症与高血压,高三酰甘油血症,肥胖呈正向关系,与空腹血糖无相关性.

The incidence and its related factor analysis of hyperuricema among chengdu railway employees
