成都市初中学生视力低下患病状况及其相关因素分析

目的了解成都市初中学生视力低下的患病状况,探明其相关危险因素,为制定防制措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法对成都市初中学生2 518名进行问卷调查。结果成都市初中学生视力低下患病率为62.35%。非条件Logistic回归分析提示,年级(OR=1.65)、有视力低下家族史(OR=1.36)、经常感到眼睛疲劳(OR=2.05)、每晚学习时间>2 h(OR=1.45)、黑板反光(OR=1.28)和看电视时眼睛距电视机距离<3 m(OR=1.69)是视力低下的危险因素;而眼睛疲劳时及时休息(OR=0.60)、经常参加体育锻炼(OR=0.69)和经常吃海产品(OR=0.78)是其保护因素。结论成都市初中学生视力低下的现患率高,且存在诸多危险因素,采取积极有效的预防措施已刻不容缓。

Risk Factors of Myopia and the Influencing Factors Among Junior Middle School Students in Chengdu

Objective To study the prevalence of poor eyesight among junior middle school students in Chengdu,to explore the risk factors,and to provide bases for the preventive measures.Methods With a questionnaire,a cross-sectional study was conducted to survey 2 518 junior middle school students in Chengdu.Results Among the students surveyed,the prevalence of poor eyesight was 62.35%.Non-conditional logistic regression analysis indicated that the risk factors were grade(OR=1.65),family history of poor eyesight(OR=1.36),feeling tired of eyes frequently(OR=2.05),study over 2 hours every day(OR=1.45),reflection of blackboard(OR=1.28) and the distance between eyes and TV sets within 3 meters while watching TV(OR=1.69).The protective factors were having rests when feeling tired of eyes(OR=0.60),taking an active part in sports(OR=0.69) and eating sea-food frequently(OR=0.78).Conclusion The prevalence rate of poor eyesight is high among junior middle school students in Chengdu and it is quite urgent to take measures as prevention.
