急性白血病CyclinE基因表达的研究

目的研究CyclinE在成人急性白血病（AL）患者中的表达，探讨CyclinE在AL中的作用机制及临床意义。方法采用免疫细胞化学S-P法和Western—blot法检测成人AL患者和正常对照CyclinE的表达，分析CyclinE在成人AL患者中的表达与病情进展和预后的关系。结果成人AL患者CyclinE阳性表达率明显高于正常对照组，其中急性非淋巴细胞白血病（ANLL）惠者阳性表达率更高。未缓解AL患者CyclinE阳性表达率高于缓解患者。在未缓解AL患者中，CyclinE阳性表达者缓解率低于CyclinE阴性表达者。结论CyclinE可能有癌基因的作用，其表达与AL患者的病情进展及预后相关。

The study of the expression of cyclinE in adult acute leukemia

Objective In order to study the expression of cyclinE in adult patients with acute leukemia, and evaluate the function and clinical value of cyclinE in acute leukemia. Methods The protein expression of cyclinE was measured in adult patients with AL and control with S-P immunocytochemical method and western-blot method. And analyse the relationship of the expression level of cyclinE and the progression and prognosis of adult patients with AL by statistics methods. Results The positive rate of cyclinE in adult patients with acute leukemia was apparent higher than the control group, And the positive rate of ANLL patients was higher than that of ALL patients. The positive rate of cyclinE in untreated and relapsed patients was higher than that of remission patients, and the remission rate in patients with positive expression of cyclinE was lower than that in patients with negative expression of cyclinE. Conclusion Potential roles of cyclinE in AL might be an oncogene, and its expression is correlated with the progression and prognosis of patients with AL.
