| Abstract: | Paragangliomas occurring in the liver are rare. We report a patient with a history of nonfunctional paragangliomas in the head and neck who developed liver metastases years later. We discuss findings on cross-sectional imaging modalities, including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), which demonstrate the hypervascular nature of the liver masses. |
