uPARAP、MMP-9在鼻咽癌中的表达及其意义

目的：探讨uPARAP和MMP9在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法：采用免疫组化SP技术检测58例鼻咽癌组织和30例慢性鼻咽炎组织中uPARAP、MMP9蛋白的表达。结果：鼻咽癌组织中uPARAP、MMP9的阳性表达率分别为75.9%（44/58）、60.3%（35/58）;与慢性鼻咽炎比较,uPARAP、MMP9在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达显著增高（P〈0.05）;鼻咽癌中uPARAP、MMP9的表达与肿瘤的病理分级、临床分期密切相关（P〈0.05）。鼻咽癌组织中uPARAP表达与MMP9的表达水平呈明显正相关（P〈0.05）。结论：uPARAP、MMP9在鼻咽癌的侵袭转移过程可能起重要作用。

Expression and Clinical Significance of uPARAP and MMP9 in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective：To investigate the expression and clinical significance of uPARAP and MMP9in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC）. Methods：58 patients with NPC were assessed by immunochemistry for uPARAP and MMP9. Results：Positive expression rate of uPARAP and MMP9 was 75.9;,60.3; respectively in NPC （P〈0.05）. The expres- sion of uPARAP and MMP9 was significantly different in NPC and chronic nasopharynxitis. The expression of uPARAP and MMP;in NPC was significantly correlated with pathological classification and clinical staging, The expression of uPARAP was positively coincident with MMP9 in NPC （r = 0. 421,P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： The current study demonstrated that uPARAP and MMP9overexpression may be helpful for evaluating the lymph node metastatic potential and prognosis of NPC.
