音乐疗法辅助治疗新生儿HIE疗效观察

目的：观察音乐疗法辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效。方法：将65例患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上，予以背景音乐。比较两组患儿治疗后主要临床症状、体征恢复正常需要的时间及临床疗效差异。结果：治疗组呼吸改善时间、症状体征消失时间少于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；但苏醒时间、惊厥消失时间治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：音乐疗法辅助治疗新生儿HIE有较好疗效。

Curative Effect Observation of Assisted Music Therapy for Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy of Newborn

Objective：To observe the curative effect of assisted music therapy for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy （HIE） of newborn. Methods： 65 cases of newborn with HIE were randomly divided into the contrast group and the treatment group. The treatment group was added with background music on the basis of therapy of the contrast group. The main clinical symptom, time of physical sign getting fight and difference of clinical curative effect were compared. Results ：The time of breath improving and time of ill physical sign disappearing in the treatment group was less than that in the contrast group. The difference had no statistic meaning （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The time of revival and time of eclampsia disappearing in the treatment group were earlier than those in the contrast group. The difference had statistic meaning （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Assisted music therapy has a good effect on treating HIE of newborn.
