急性肠系膜血管栓塞的诊治分析

目的 总结急性肠系膜血管栓塞的临床特点及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析1996年至2004年第三军医大学新桥医院及我院共计急性肠系膜血管栓塞11例的临床资料。结果全组患者均经手术证实为急性肠系膜血管栓塞，其中8例为急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞，3例为急性肠系膜上静脉血栓形成，2例行栓子取出、坏死肠管切除、端端吻合术，9例行单纯坏死肠管切除、肠吻合术。6例治愈，5例死亡，死亡率45．5％。结论 及时诊断，早期手术可以提高急性肠系膜血管栓塞的治愈率。

The diagnostic analysis of the acute mesentery embolism

Objective To summariz the clinical features and therapeutic method of the acute mesentery embolism. Methods 11 clinical cases of the acute mesentery embolism in Xinqiao hospital of the third military medical university and the people's hospital in Hanzhong city,Shaanxi province during 1996 to 2004 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the patients were finally diagnosed the acute mesentery embolism through operation. Among them,8 cases were the acute mesentery artery embolism,and three cases were induced by the acute mesentery vein mesentery. The embolus had already extracted and the dead simple intestinal ducts had already resected in two cases; Intestinal ducts had already resected in nine cases;Six patients were cured and five patients were dead,and the mortality was 45.5%.Conclusion Early operation can improve the curability of the acute mesentery embolism.
