| 摘 要： | 为了解淀粉酶肌酐清除率在急性胰腺炎诊断中的意义,笔者根据有关文献,通过对40例正常人与25例临床确诊的急性胰腺炎患者结果显示,淀粉酶、肌酐清除率比率测定比单独测定血、尿淀粉酶更能真实地反应机体情况、并对正常参考值作了进一步探讨。

| Abstract: | The level of amylase's and creatinine's clearance ratio in25cases of acute pancreatitis matched to 40 normal cases were analysed inthis article. The ratio of amylase's and creatinine's clearance can reflect the trueth better than detecting of blood and urine amylase. The effecting factor and reference range are reviewed respecti%"e-ly. |
