论医学模式的转变与医疗机构改革

医学模式又称医学概念模式，指对人的健康扣疾病所持的基本观点。随着科学技术扣生产力的发展，生物医学模式正在向生物-心理-社会医学模式转变。随之，人们对自己的健康扣疾病有了新的认识，这些新的认识也为越来越多的医护人员所认同。与此同时，在医疗机构中，医学模式的转变相对滞后。因此，及时理清医疗机构改革的对策，加强医学模式转变的教育扣提高医护人员的素质，以便准确把握医疗机构在医学模式转变过程中出现的困难就显得尤为重要。

On transformation of medical patterns and reform of medical organizations

Medical patterns,also known as medical conceptual patterns,are people's basic viewpoints on human being's health and diseases they suffer from.With the rapid development of scientific technology and productive forces,the biological medical patterns are being shifted to biological psychological patterns.As a result,people have got new perceptions of their life,health and disease,which have been agreed by more and more medical personnel.Meanwhile,however,the patterns transformation is relatively sluggish in the medical organizations.Therefore,it is essential to clarify the measures for the timely reforms of medical organizations,to promote the education for the transformation of medical patterns and to improve the qualities of medical staff for the sake of understanding difficulties precisely arising in the course of pattern transformation in medical organizations.
