| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨沙眼衣原体引起输卵管性不孕的免疫损伤机制，方法：采用Ｍｅｄｌｉｎｅ网络检索有关外资料，并综合评述，结果：沙眼衣原体引起输卵管损伤与免疫有关，涉及体液免疫，细胞免疫及其他因素，结论；进一步深入研究沙眼衣原体引起输卵管损伤的免疫机理，将有利于输卵管性不孕的防治。

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the immune damaged machanism of salpingeal in tubal factor infertility contributed to chlamydozoa trachomatis.Methods:Reviewing lots of the related literatures from Medline.Results:The damage of salpingeal caused by chlamydia trachomatis associated with immune response,including humoral,cell-mediated immune response and other factors.Conclusions:The related profound resarch on this topics will be in favor of prevention and cure of fubal factor infertility. |
