摘    要:本文报道国内首次合成的新增敏化合物——丁胱亚磺酰亚胺(buthioine sulfoxi-mine,简称BSO)对离体中国仓鼠V79-379A细胞在各种不同条件下的细胞毒性作用。实验结果表明:BSO在离体实验条件下对细胞的毒性作用较小;当它与双功能性的辐射增敏剂RSU-1069合用时,可明显地增加RSU-1069的细胞毒性作用,这在肿瘤放射治疗与化学药物治疗中有重要的意义。

Abstract:BSO (buthionine sulfoximine) is a new potential sensitizer synthesised in our laboratory. In this paper, we report the experimental results of BSO cytotoxicity on in vitro cultured Chinese hamster V79-379A cells. It is shown in the experiments that the cytotoxicity of BSO itself is low. However, incubation with BSO for longer than 48 hours produced significant cybotoxicity. The cytotoxicity of radiosensitizer RSU-1069 was enhanced when it was combined with BSO. That will be a highly beneficial in cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
