二硝酸异山梨酯注射液与5—单硝酸异山梨酯长效制剂对心绞痛患者血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响

目的 比较二硝酸异山梨酯（消心痛）和5－单硝酸异山梨酯长效制剂（长效异乐定）对心绞痛患者血浆一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响。方法 采用消心痛（静脉滴注）和长效异乐定口服2周，观察其对心绞痛患者临床症状（心绞痛）与血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶的影响。结果 治疗2周后，长效异乐定患者临床症状中心绞痛发作次数和发作程度明显减少，明显促进心电图正常化，上调血清一氧化氮水平和下调一氧化氮合酶活性。结论 与采用消心痛静脉滴注相比较，长效异乐定既有良好的改善临床症状体征和促进心电图恢复正常的作用，又对血清一氧化氮和一氧化氮合酶有明显调节作用。

Comparative study of isosorbide dinitrate and elantan long on NO and NOS of patients with angina pectoris

Objective To compare the effects of Isosorbide Dinitrate and Elantan Long on NO and NOS of patients with angina pectoris. Methods With intravenous Isosorbide Dinitrate or Elantan Long peroral for two weeks, the clinical manifestations such as chest pain, chest oppression etc, and ECG (S T segment and T wave changes), serum level of NO and activity of NOS were measured before and after the treatment. Results After treated for two weeks, it was found that clinical manifestations and ECG were all improved with up regulating serum NO and down regulating NOS activity, the effects of Elantan Long was superior to those of Isosorbide Dinitrate. Conclusion Compared with Isosorbide Dinitrate, Elantan Long had a better effect on improvemant of the clinical manifestations , ECG findings with up regulating serum NO and down regulating NOS activity.
