下肢静脉反流与下肢慢性静脉功能不全程度间的关系探讨

目的探讨下肢静脉反流程度与下肢慢性静脉功能不全（CVI）患者病情严重程度间的可能关系。方法采用临床分类和VCSS评分评价60例（69条患肢）CVI患者病变的严重程度，应用彩色多普勒超声检测每条患肢大隐静脉、股浅静脉及胭静脉血流动力学情况。比较下肢静脉反流程度与CVI患者病变严重程度之间的关系。结果临床分类、VCSS评分与超声检查结果之间无明显相关性（P〉0．10）。结论下肢静脉反流程度与CVI患者病变严重程度之间无明显相关性。

The study of the relationship between the severity of chronic venous insufficiency and the Venous reflux in lower-extremity on ultrasouography

Objective To evaluate the relationship between severity of chronic venous insufficiency （CVI） and the venous reflux in lower-extremity on ultrasonography. Methods According to clinical class diaguosis based on CEAP （clinical, etiological, anatomical, pathophysiological） and Venous Clinical Severity Score（VCSS）, the severity of CVI in 60 patients（69 limbs）were evaluated. The refluent valve in saphenous,femoral and popliteal vein in each patient were assessed with duplex ultrasound scans. The severity of CVI was compared with hemodynamics change on uhrasonography. Results No significant relationship was found in CEAP clinical diagnosis,the Venous Clinical Severity Score and the results of venous duplex ultrasound scans（P 〉 0.10）. Conclusion The reflux of the lower extremity vein on uhrasonography is not correlated with the severity of CVI clinically.
