早期周围型肺癌的CT诊断

目的　分析≤ 3cm周围型肺癌的CT表现。方法　搜集 11例经手术、穿刺活检和痰检等病理证实的≤3cm周围型肺癌的完整CT资料 ,进行回顾分析。结果　 11例早期肺癌的主要CT表现 :全部为孤立小结节 ,5例有分叶征 ;6例有小毛刺征 ;2例胸膜凹陷征 ;3例有空气支气管征和空泡征。结论　HRCT显示病灶内部结构和边缘形态优于SCT。对早期周围型肺癌的诊断有价值。

The early diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer by computed tomography scanner

Objective To analysis the CT manifestation of 3cm peripheral lung caner.Methods Collect CT data of 11 patients who were diagnosed as peripheral lung cancer by pathologic examination of sputum and cancer tissue specimen collected from surgery of puncture biopsy.Results The CT manifestation of 11 lung cancer patients:all are solidary nodules 5 cases with separated-lobules sign 6 cases with little rbistle sign 2 cases with pleural-depressed sign 3 cases with air-bronchium and empty-bubble sign.Conclusions comparing with SCT,HRCT takes advantage of manifesting margin and inside of cancer lession and has value of perpheral lung cancer early diagnosis.
