乳果糖在治疗亚临床型肝性脑病中的作用研究

目的探讨乳果糖对亚临床型肝性脑病（SHE）的治疗作用。方法从临床选取60例SHE患者,随机分为2组,每组30例。对照组给予常规治疗＋Vitc 0.2 g,po,tid;乳果糖组给予常规治疗＋乳果糖20 ml,po,tid;观察12周,在治疗前后分别做血氨水平和NCT测定。结果治疗前2组血氨和NCT比较,差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。治疗后乳果糖组的血氨水平和NCT较对照组明显降低,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。2组自身治疗前后比较,两指标均存在显著性差异（P〈0.001）。治疗后对照组的总有效率为56.7%,乳果糖组的总有效率为83.3%,2组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.025）。结论乳果糖能有效地降低SHE患者的血氨水平,改善其智力,且安全、价廉。

The effect research of lactulose in the treatment of subclinical hepatic encephalopathy(SHE)

Objective To farther explore the lactulose in the treatment of subclinical hepatic eneephalopathy （SHE）. Methods 60 eases selected from the clinical SHE patients were randomly divided into two groups of 30 patients respectively. The control group was given conventional treatment ＋ Vite 0.2g, po, tid while the lactulose group was given conventional treatment of lactulose ＋ 20 ml, po, rid. Observation was made for 12w, respectively, before and after treatment. Blood ammonia levels and NCT were tested. Results In the first two groups ammonia and NCT showed no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. In the lactulose treatment group, the level of ammonia and NCT was lower than that in the control group. The two groups were signifieantly different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There existed significant differences between before and after treatment compared with the two group＇s indicators （P 〈 0.001 ）. After treatment in the control group, the total effective rate was 56.7% and the laetulose group＇s total effective rate was 83.3%. Comparison of the two groups was significantly different （ P 〈 0.025 ）. Condusion Lactulose ean effectively lower blood ammonia levels in patients with SHE, and improve his/her intelligence. It is also safe and eheap.
