| 摘 要： | 本文对74例应用克罗米芬治疗的男性不育症患者进行了随访观察,结果64.9%患者的精液改善,17.6%配偶妊娠。结合国外文献和本组的经验总结,讨论了应用克罗米芬治疗男性不育症的作用机理、适应证的选择和用药原则。

| Abstract: | 74 male infertility patients treated by clomiphene were followed up.The semen of 64.9% patients have improved, 17.6% of spouse have been pregnant. Combining foreign literatures and our experience, the paper discussed the mechanism of clomiphene in treatment of male infertility, the principle of medication as well as the choise of the indication. |
