上消化道手术早期Fresubin的应用观察

目的 探讨肠内营养液Fresubin(瑞素)在上消化道手术后的应用优点,并总结经验教训。方法 采用德国费森尤斯卡比公司、华瑞制药生产的Fresubin(瑞素)对50例上消化道手术病人进行了手术后早期临床应用。结果 应用的效果良好,并发症少,出现消化道反应13例,其中有2例反应明显而中途停止应用。治疗费用下降。结论 Fresubin(瑞素)作为肠内营养液,营养成分完全,符合人体手术后的代谢需要。从外科经济学探讨也是合理的,明显降低了医疗费用,社会效益较好。

Early Application of Fresubin After Upper Alimentary Tract Operation

Objective To discuss the application merit of Fresubin-a kind of nutrition liquid inintestines, after upper alimentary tract operation and summarize experience. Methods 50 patients with upper alimentary tract operation were early used Fresubin after their operation. Results the druge has better effect and less complication,only 13 cases have light alimentary tract reaction,a-mong them 2 cases could not tolerate and ceased, the cost was reduction. Conclusion As a inintestines nutrition liquid, Fresubin has complete nutrition. Component and accord with metabolism demand,it is reasonable that from surgical economics and obviously reduced medical cost and has better social effect.
