| 摘 要： | 目的：观察21种常用补益中药，如人参、西洋参、太子参、黄芪、党参、白术、熟地、生地、当归、白芍、枸杞子、 麦冬等的水提物和醇提物对肝微粒体脂质过氧化反应的影响，方法：采用Fe2+-半胱氨酸系统诱发肝微粒体脂质过氧化反应，TBA-荧光法測定MDA含量。结果：所试21种补益中药绝大部分具有不同程度的对抗肝微粒体脂质过 氧化的作用，而且大多数药物的醇提物比水提物作用强。结论：多数补益中药具有抗脂质过氧化作用，提示抗脂貭 过氧化可能是这些药物补益作用机制的一个方面。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the anti-lipid peroxidative effects of 21 traditional Chinese nourishing-tonifying drugs,wate,and alcohol extracts,such as radix ginseng,radix panacis quinquefolii,radix pseudostellariae,radix astragali,radix codonopsis pilosulae,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae,radix rehmanniae praeparata,radixrehmanniae,radix angelicae sinensis,radix paeoniae alba,fructus lycii,radix ophiopogonis,on th liver microsomes.METHODS:The Fe2 -cystein system is used to induce the MDA production in rat liver microsome. MDA is measured by TBA-fluorescent method.RESULTS:Most of extracts observed could inhibit the lipid peroxidation. The activity of alcohol extracts was higher than that of water extracts. CONCLUSION:Most of the nourishing-tonifying drugs have the ability to inhibit lipid peroxidation.This effect may bo one of the mechanisms of their action. |
