老年患者重新修复总义齿特点的探讨

对戴用多年总义齿的老年患者重新进行修复，往往比较困难，且易失败。笔者选择了３０例戴总义齿１０年以上的患者，通过多年临床观察和对新旧义齿的比较分析，并采用笔者长期摸索的“下颌休息位核对法”校对其正中关系是否正确。总结出只有利用旧义齿的某些特，点，根据患者目前自身的口腔生理条件，让患者从心理上和生理上都接受新义齿，才能使我们的重新修复工作获得满意效果。

A clinical study of the characteristics of renewed fulldeuture in old patients

Its is rather difficult and liable to make a new Iull-denture for the elderly who have worn the fulldenture for many years. We selected thirty patients who had worn full-denture for more than ten years. By long-term clinical observation, we compared the new denture with the old and found a new method-physiological positioning of mandible to check the centric occlusion. We think that a good and new full-denture come from making use of some advantages of the old full-denture as well as the physiological oral condition of the patients so that the patients are willing to use the new full-denture physiologically and psychologically so as to make the restoration of full-denture successful.
