渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏的抗炎镇痛实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法通过热板法和冰醋酸致痛试验、角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾肿胀试验、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀试验,对渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏进行镇痛抗炎方面的药效学评价。结果渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏中、高剂量的剂型可有效提高小鼠痛阈值,减少小鼠扭体反应次数,抑制角叉菜胶所致的大鼠足趾肿胀和抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀。结论渭良伤科散超微粉巴布膏中、高剂量的剂型有较好的镇痛抗炎作用,且在方便使用的基础上,优于原剂型渭良伤科散的镇痛抗炎作用。

The Empirical Study of Cataplasma of Weiliang Traumatic Ultrafine Powders' Anti-inflammatary and Analgesic Effects
Abstract:Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Cataplasma of Weiliang Traumatic Ultrafine Powders.Methods By hot plate test,ear swelling in mice caused by acetic acid,food-pad swelling in rats induced by subcutaneous injection of carrageenan and ear swelling in mice caused by topical smearing of xylene,to take pharmacodynamic evaluation of the Cataplasma of Weiliang Traumatic Ultrafine Powders in anti-infalammatory and analgesia.Results Both medium and high dosage Cataplasma of Weiliang Traumatic Ultrafine Powders were shown to dramatically increase mice's pain threshold,reduce the times of writh induced by acetic acid,suppress the carrageenan-induced food-pad swelling in rats and ear swelling caused by xylene in mice.Conclusions Both medium and high dosage Cataplasma of Weiliang Traumatic Ultrafine Powders showed good effects of anti-inflammatary and analgetic effects,which were proved to have better efficiency than that of the original Weiliang traumatic powders.
