| 摘 要： | 目的探讨和分析改良Nuss术的手术配合要点,以提高工作效率和质量。方法对50例漏斗胸患儿进行术前访视,做好心理护理,认真准备手术物品。术中密切观察手术进程,保持密切配合。结果所有50例患儿均顺利完成手术,无术中并发症、死亡及复发病例。手术时间40～60 min,平均45 min;术中出血10～25 ml,平均出血10 ml;住院时间6～10 d,平均住院时间7 d。术后伤口皮下淤血2例,矫形板轻度翻转1例。随访1～12个月,平均10个月。患儿活动量明显增加,对矫形效果满意。结论改良Nuss术矫治小儿漏斗胸具有创伤小、切口小而隐蔽、手术时间短、出血少、术后活动早、矫形效果好等优点。术前对患儿的全面评估、充分的物品准备,术中与医生的默契配合是手术成功的重要保障。
