临床实验室生物安全管理

目的探讨临床实验室的生物安全隐患,制定有效的生物安全管理措施。临床实验室的生物安全管理是一项系统工程,涉及到院领导、医疗器械及消费品供应部门,需要临床医生和护士及后勤环卫人员的多方面支持、协助和合作。方法分析临床实验室生物安全管理中存在的问题。结果长期以来检验学科建设在理念上更多重视的是质量管理、经济管理、信息管理和人力资源管理,相对忽视了生物安全管理。临床实验室及相关人员的防护意识、生物安全知识培训、防护设备、临床标本的运输、医疗废弃物的处理等方面存在一系列不规范的问题。结论在工作中,医院可投入大量资金购买精密仪器设备,而对添置生物安全设备,甚至价格价廉的一次性消费品却考虑甚少。在抗击传染性非典型肺炎（SARS）的斗争中的沉痛的教训,使笔者清醒地认识到实验室的安全管理的重要性。临床实验室应严格执行生物安全相关的政策法规,加强和完善生物安全管理。
