血液灌流频次与有机磷中毒疗效分析

目的探讨血液灌流（HP）治疗频次与急性重度有机磷农药中毒（ASOP）疗效关系。方法选择符合诊断标准的患者,按治疗情况不同分两组。中毒后48 h内行血液灌流治疗3～4次的20例为治疗组。48 h内行一次血液灌流治疗的16例为对照组。通过观察两组阿托品用量、昏迷患者神智转清醒时间、胆碱酯酶（CHE）恢复正常时间、中间综合症（IMS）发生率、抢救成功率等指标判断疗效。结果两组比较,治疗组阿托品用量少,昏迷患者清醒时间短,治愈率明显提高,胆碱酯酶恢复正常时间短,IMS发生率低,抢救成功率高。结论早期多次血液灌流治疗能清除体内有机磷农药,配合常规治疗对救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒疗效显著。
