| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中患者护理安全隐患的护理干预方法及效果。方法护理人员从护理安全管理出发,通过对脑卒中患者安全隐患的分析、评估,制订出相应的防范措施,最大限度地消除不安全因素,减少护理不良事件的发生。结果针对脑卒中患者特点,找出常见安全隐患,从思想上引起重视,主动实施相关防范措施,将脑卒中患者护理安全隐患消灭在萌芽状态。结论通过有效的护理安全隐患评估,制定有效防范措施,消除了患者的安全隐患,患者危险发生率为0,保障了患者的安全。护理干预有助于减少脑卒中住院患者的不安全事件的发生,确保护理工作优质高效地顺利进行。
