| 摘 要： | 目的观察血栓通注射液治疗急性期脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法68例急性期脑梗塞患者随机分为两组,治疗组34例主要以血栓通400mg(每日1次)静脉治疗,对照组34例主要以维脑路通400mg(每日1次)静脉治疗,分别观察记录治疗前后临床症状体征和血液流变学及SOD、LPO的测定值变化。结果经2周(1个疗程)治疗,治疗组临床症状、体征及综合疗效改善与对照组比较有显著性差异;治疗组治疗后的血液流变学及SOD、LPO与治疗前比较差异显著,对照组差异不显著。结论血栓通注射液对急性期脑梗塞具有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xueshuantong Injection(XST)in treaing acute cerebral infarctio n.Methods:68patients with acute cerebral infarciton were divided ra ndomly into two groups.Treatment group(34cases)received XST(qd)intravenously and control group(34cases)received Venorutonum(400mg,qd)intravenously.Their symptoms,sig ns,blood rheology,SOD and LPO were obse rved respectively before and after treatment.Results:After one course(2weeks)of treatment the improve-ment on symptoms,signs and comprehensive effect in the treatment group were significantly better than those of control group.There was signifi cant difference in blood rheology,SOD an d LPO before and after treatment in treatment group but not in control group.Conclusion:XST has good ther-apeutic effect in treating acute cerebral infarction. |
