| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声诊断先天性胎儿畸形的价值.方法回顾分析84例先天性胎儿畸形的产前超声情况.结果84例畸形儿中,产前超声检查确诊为胎儿畸形70例,总检出率83%(70/84).产前超声未检出胎儿畸形而出生后发现畸形14例,漏诊率16.7%(14/84).结论超声检查是一种简便易行且安全可靠的宫内诊断方法,可对多种畸形作出准确的宫内诊断,在孕期保健工作中具有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Objective The aim:To discuss the value of the ultrasound examination on diagnosis on genetic abnormalities in the fetus.method A retrospective analysis on 84 cases of the ultrasound examination on genetic abnormalities in the fetus before birth.result In the 84 cases,70 cases were diagnosed as genetic abnormalities with ultrasound examination before birth. The percentage is 83% (70/84). 14 cases was not diagnosed by the ultrasound examination and turned out to be genetic abnormalities after birth. The rate of failure is 16.7% (14/84).conclusion The ultrasound examina- tion is a convenient and credible method of intrauterine diagnosis. It could provide accurate intrauterine diagnosis on multiplicate abnormalities and it is of great value in the health care during pregnancy. |
