| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定脉络通颗粒中葛根素含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱Agilent XDB C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相：甲醇．水（25：75），流速1．0ml·min-1，检测波长250m。结果：葛根素的线性范围为35．28—141．12μg·ml-1，r=0．9998，平均回收率为101．74％（RSD=0．5％，n=6）。结论：HPLC法简便，准确，其他组分不干扰测定，可用于本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a method for determination of puerarin in mailuotong granules by HPLC. Method： Separation was carried out on an Agilent XDB C18 column （ 150 mm ×4.6mm, 5 μm）, the mobile phase was methanol-water （25：75 ）, the detection wavelength was at 250 nm,and the flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1. Result： The linear range of puerarin concentration was 35.28-141.12 μg. ml - 1 and correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8, The average recovery was 101.74% （ RSD = 0.5 %, n = 6）. Conclusion： This method is convenient, accurate without interference and is suitable for the quality control of mailuotong granules. |
