降纤酶治疗脑梗死时CD62p变化检测

目的 探讨降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死活化血小板a－颗粒膜蛋白（CD62p)变化。方法 对32例急性脑梗死患者在常规治疗的基础上应用降纤酶，对治疗前后的CD62p进行检测，设立对照组。结果 治疗组和对照组CD62p治疗后较治疗前均有明显下降，P值分别＜0．001和＜0．05，两组之间比较呈显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论 降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死可使CD62p阳性表达率明显下降，有抑制血小板活化的作用，显示出降纤酶治疗作用的多途径性。

The change of CD62p before and after the treatment of cerebral infarction with defibrase

Objective To investigate the change of activation platelet agranule membrane protein( CD62p) before and after acute cerebral infarction being treated with defibrase.Methods 32 cases acute cerebral infarction were treated with defibrase on the basis of conventional treatment.The CD62p was examined before and after the treatment.The contrast group was set up.Results The CD62p of the treatment group and the contrast group were more extremely reduced after treatment than before.The value of P was respectively less than 0.001 and 0.05,the contrast between the two groups presented significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion That defibrase treated acute cerebral infarction may have positive rate of expression of CD62p obviously fall and have the effect on inhabit activation of platelet,this appears that defibrase has a lot of ways in treatment effort.
