| 摘 要： | 目的观察比较参芪抑癌液、细胞因子对晚期肝、胰腺癌治疗效果。方法不能手术切除的晚期肝、胰腺癌８２例随机分为３组，分别给予参芪抑癌液、细胞因子、常规化疗药物治疗，进行疗效对比。结果参芪抑癌液、细胞因子组在延长患者生存时间（参芪组１１３月；细胞因子组９５月；化疗组８５月）、改善症状等方面均优于常规化疗组。结论晚期肝、胰腺癌治疗中为改善患者生存质量、延长生存时间，可采用参芪抑癌液、细胞因子进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of Shenqi Suppressor Carcinoma Liquid and Cytokine on late liver cancer and pancreas cancer.Methods Eighty two cases of non resectable liver cancer and pancreas cancer were divided into three groups and were treated by Shenqi Suppressor Carcinoma Liquid(group 1,28 cases.),cytokine(group 2,24 cases),chemotherapy (group 3,30 cases) respectively.The effects were observed and compared.Results Shenqi Suppressor Carcinoma Liquid and cytokine are more superior than chemotherapy in prolonging survival(group 1:11.3 months,group 2:9.5 months,group 3:8.5 months)and improving quality of life.Conclusions In treatment of non resectable liver cancer and pancreas cancer,Shenqi Suppressor Carcinoma Liquid and cytokine might be of some help in improveing quality of life and prolonging survival. |
