576例海洛因依赖者外周血细胞临床观察

目的 :研究海洛因依赖对外周血细胞的影响。方法 :顺序采取海洛因依赖烫吸及静脉注射者外周血各 2 88例为研究对象 ,以 2 88例经检查血常规在正常范围的健康人群为对照进行统计学分析。结果 :烫吸组、静脉注射组红细胞计数 (RBC)、红细胞比积 (HCT)、平均红细胞体积 (MCV)、血红蛋白浓度 (HGB)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;血小板计数 (PLT)、白细胞计数 (WBC)、淋巴细胞计数绝对值 (LYM)、中性粒细胞计数绝对值 (GRAN)显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;静脉注射组平均血小板体积 (MPV)、中间细胞计数绝对值 (MID)显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。上述各项指标、各级平均值均在正常范围。静脉注射组RBC显著低于烫吸组 (P <0 0 5 )。烫吸组PLT、GRAN显著高于静脉注射组 (P <0 0 1)。海洛因依赖者中 2 7 95 %WBC、15 80 %GRAN高于常模。结论 :海洛因依赖者外周血细胞计数中RBC有降低趋势 ,WBC、PLT有升高趋势

AN ANALYSIS OF THE PERIPHERAL BLOOD CELL OF 576 HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective: To study the effect of heroin dependence on peripheral blood cells. Methods: Peripheral blood of 288 snorting heroin dependent patients (SHDPs)and 288 intravenous injecting cases (IVDPs)were collected and determined, the result of which was compared with those of 288 healthy persons. Results: Compared with those of the healthy persons, the red blood cell(RBC) count, RBC proportion(HCT), mean RBC volume(MCV), haemoglobin(HGB), mean RBC haemoglobin (MCH) of both SHDPS and IVDPs were much lower (P<0.01), while the blood platelet count(PLT), white blood cell count(WBC),lymphocyte absolute volume (Lym), middle granule absolute volume(GRAN) were much higher. The mean platelet volume(MPV) and middle cell absolute volume(MID) of the IVDPs were much lower than those of the healthy persons (P<0.01). Compared with SHDPs', IVDPs' RBC was much lower (P<0.05).SHDPs' PLT, GRAN were much higher than those of IVDPs'(P<0.01). 27.95% of the heroin dependents' WBC and 15.80% GRAN were higher than the normal. Conclusion: Heroin can make RBC decrease and WBC, PLT increase.
