| 摘 要： | 目的：观察电针治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法：将60例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例；治疗组采用电针治疗，对照组给予坤泰胶囊口服。治疗1个月后观察两组改良Kupperman评分及Hamilton抑郁量表评分变化。结果：治疗后两组改良Kupperman评分和Hamilton抑郁量表评分均显著降低（P〈0．01），且治疗组的降低较对照组显著（P〈0．05）。结论：电针治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效确切。
