摘    要:诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (iNOS)基因 (CCTTT) 14 等位基因频率在糖尿病肾病组 (0 .0 44 )显著低于糖尿病无肾病组 (0 .170 ,P <0 .0 1)和对照组 (0 .14 3 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示iNOS基因 (CCTTT) n 微卫星多态性与中国汉族 2型糖尿病肾病有关。

Abstract:The frequency of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene (CCTTT) 14 allele was significantly lower in diabetic nephropathy group (0.044) than that in diabetics without nephropathy (0.170, P<0.01) and normal control group (0.143, P<0.05), suggesting that (CCTTT) n polymorphism of iNOS gene is related to diabetic nephropathy of type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese Hans.
