垂体后叶素在腹腔镜保守治疗输卵管妊娠中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨两点注射垂体后叶素对行腹腔镜输卵管切开术患者术后输卵管通畅度的影响。方法:选择腹腔镜诊断输卵管妊娠且要求进行输卵管切开术的患者66例,按是否使用垂体后叶素分为2组:A组35例,在术中于患侧宫角及输卵管系膜两点注射垂体后叶素进行预处理后再进行输卵管切开术;B组31例,不做预处理。对2组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:A组局部手术时间显著短于B组(P<0.01);出血量显著少于B组(P<0.01);2组术后输卵管患侧通畅率A组显著高于B组(P<0.05)。结论:对有生育要求的女性,推荐局部注射垂体后叶素的腹腔镜输卵管切开术。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the two points injection pituitary vasopressin on the laparoscopic tubal incision after surgery in patients with tubal patency.Methods:Laparoscopic diagnosis of tubal pregnancy and the requirements for tubal incision in 66 patients,two groups were divided according to whether use the pituitary vasopressin.Group A(35 cases)underwent the operation after two points injection on the ipsilateral uterine horn and the mesosalpinx of pituitary vasopressin pretreatment with tubal incision.Group B(31 cases)did not do preprocessing.The two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results:In group A local operation time was significantly shorter than group B(P<0.01).Group A bleeding was significantly less than group B(P<0.01).The oviduct ipsilateral patency rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:To the patients of tubal patency with fertility requirements,we recommend that local injection of pituitary vasopressin before laparoscopic tubal incision.
