晚期血吸虫病患者合并HCV感染及与HBV感染的关系

采用酶联免疫吸附法检测４６１例各期血吸虫病患者血清乙型肝炎病毒（ＨＢＶ）、丙型肝炎病毒（ＨＣＶ）标志物，并采用逆转录聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）检测１０２例晚期血吸虫病（晚血）患者血清丙型肝炎病毒核糖核酸（ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ）．结果表明，晚血患者血清抗ＨＣＶ检出率为７．５％，显著高于急性血吸虫病（急血）．慢性血吸虫病（慢血）患者２．Ｏ％及对照人群１．８％．３０６例晚血患者血清抗ＨＣＶ和／或ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ阳性３８例（１２．４％），其中ＨＣＶ与ＨＢＶ合并感染６３．２％（２４／３８），ＨＣＶ单一感染３６．８％（１４／３８），９２例合并与未合并ＨＣＶ感染的ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性晚血患者，ＨＢｅＡｇ阳性率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）．揭示，晚血患者ＨＣＶ感染率高，并多以与ＨＢＶ合并感染形式存在，ＨＣＶ感染对ＨＢＶ复制无明显抑制作用．

The Relationship of HCV and HBV Infections in Advanced Schistosomiasis Patients

The HCV and HBV markers in 461 serum samples of patients at different stages of schistosomiasis were investigated by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay.HCV-RNA in 102 of them with advanced schistosomiasis(AS)was investigated by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The results showed that the positive rate of anti HCV among patients with AS(7.5%)was significantly greater than that of acute and chronic schistosomiasis(2.0%)and that of control group(1.8%).38 of the 306 patients with AS were infected with HCV(12.4%),and 24(63.2%)of them were superinfected with HBV.The results suggest that the prevalence of HCV markers among patients with AS was more frequent than that of the other groups and most of them were superinfected with HBV.HCV infection had no effect on the replication of HBV.
