| 摘 要： | 本文测定了356例健康人,88例非伤寒发热病人及78例伤寒病人血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的活性。测定结果:正常人16.6±4.8U/L,非伤寒发热病人与正常人比较,血清ADA活性明显升高(P<0.01)。78例伤寒病人中,有77例(98.7％)血清ADA活性高于40U/L。本法与现行方法比较,具有早期、灵敏、快速、简便的优点,可用于伤寒的早期诊断及发热的鉴别诊断。

| Abstract: | This study determined the serum adenosine detminase ( ADA ) in 356 ncrmal individuals, 88 patients with ftver tut having no typro'd infection and 78 patients with typioid fever. The results showed that levels of serum ADA activity in patients with typhoid fever were significantly higher than other groups. 77 out of 78 patients with typhoid fever, their serum ADA value is higher than 40 U/L. It is suggested that ADA activity might be used as a reference index for early diagnosis of typhoid fever and for the differential diagnosis of fever. |
