血浆MMP9水平与冠状动脉斑块稳定性的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨血浆基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)的表达水平与冠状动脉斑块稳定性之间是否相关.方法:采用ELISA法测定急性冠脉综合征(急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛)患者、稳定性心绞痛患者及正常对照组的血浆MMP9水平,并比较稳定性心绞痛患者中伴与不伴代谢综合征患者间的血浆MMP9水平.结果:急性心肌梗死、不稳定性心绞痛患者血浆MMP9水平较稳定性心绞痛患者显著升高(均P<0.01);稳定性心绞痛伴代谢综合征患者与不伴代谢综合征组比较,血浆MMP9水平有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:血浆MMP9水平与冠状动脉斑块的稳定性相关,测定血浆MMP9水平可帮助寻找具有不稳定斑块的易损人群.

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between serum matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) level and the stability of the coronary atherosclerotic plaques.Methods:The serum MMP9 level were examined in patients with acute coronary syndrome,ST segment elevated myocardial infarction,none ST segment elevated myocardial infarction,unstable angina and stable angina by means of ELISA method and the serum MMP9 level between the stable angina patients with metabolic syndrome and without metabolic syndrome were compared.Results:The serum MMP9 level of the patients with acute myocardial infarction and the patients with unstable angina were significantly higher than that of the patients with stable angina and normal people(P<0.01).There was a significant difference of the serum MMP9 level between the stable angina patients with metabolic syndrome and without metabolic syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum MMP9 is significantly related to coronary atherosclerotic plaques and MMP9 may be useful to find the vulnerable patients with unstable plaques.
