| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜下高频电凝切除术治疗小儿结肠息肉的临床疗效和安全性,及并发症的防治。方法回顾分析采用内镜下高频电凝切除术治疗的164例患儿的临床资料,并与成人组对比。结果164例患儿的188枚结肠息肉经内镜下全部成功切除,2例术后少量渗血,经保守治疗后缓解,与成人组对比,其并发症发生率无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论高频电凝切除术是治疗小儿结肠息肉安全可靠的方法。
