冠心病患者对相关危险因素知信行的调查分析

目的了解冠心病住院患者对冠心病相关危险因素的知信行现状，为其治疗和二级预防提供依据。方法根据健康教育知信行理论（KABP Model），并结合PRECEDE-PROCEED模式自行设计评估表，对60例已确诊为冠心病的患者进行调查分析。结果知与行不统一；对冠心病的主要危险因素理解模糊，甚至错误；健康教育前患者对冠心病相关知识项目的知晓程度和文化程度有关。结论健康教育在冠心病二级预防治疗中意义深远，对不同年龄、不同文化层次的患者制定多样化、针对性强的健康教育方式，是提高健康教育效果的关键。

Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Risk Factors Related to the KAP Survey Results

Objectives To make a researching inquiry to the inpatients with coronary disease about the status of the risk factors KAP,for the treatment and prevention. Method According to the KABP Model of Health Education and the PRECEDE-PROCEED Model, 60 confirmed patients with coronary disease were investigated by the assessment. Results Knowledge and practice are not integrated. The patients have hazy or even wrong comprehension about the mainly dangerous factors of coronary disease. The related knowledge of the patients about coronary disease is positively correlated to the education . Conclusion Health Education has far-reaching significance in the secondary preventive measure of coronary disease. To take diversified and strongly focused Health Education measures according to different age and education of patients is the key point of the effect of Health Education.
