| 摘 要： | 目的 观察３７例自身免疫性甲状腺病（ＡＩＴＤ）患者甲状腺组织中相关白细胞介素（ＩＬ）及受体基因表达，并测定血清ＴＴ３，ＴＴ４及ＴＧＡ，ＴＭＡ的水平，结果表明格莱弗氏病（ＧＤ）患者ＩＬ－２，ＩＬ－２Ｒ及ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡＡ表达细胞阳性率与血清ＴＴ３，ＴＴ４水平呈正相关。桥本氏甲状腺炎（ＨＴ）患者ＩＬ－２，ＩＬ－２Ｒ，ＩＬ－６ｍＲＮＡ表达细胞阳性率与血清ＴＧＡ ＴＭＡ呈正相关。

| Abstract: | IL-2, IL-2R, and IL-6 mRNA expression in situ thyroid were determined, and serum TT 3, TT 4, TGA, and TMA were measured by Elisa in 37 patients with autoimmune thyroid disease. In Graves disease (GD), the positive rates of IL-2, IL-2R and IL-6 mRNA were significantly correlated with TT 3, TT 4 levels. In Hashimoto thyroiditis (HT), the positive rates were significantly correlated with serum TGA and TMA levels. It is suggested that GD and HT has different immune pathogenesis. |
