鸡血藤化学成分的分离与结构鉴定

摘    要:目的对中药鸡血藤(Spatholobus suberectus Dunn)中化学成分进行分离及结构鉴定。方法采用正相硅胶、反相ODS、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱及高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与波谱分析方法鉴定了化合物的结构。结果从鸡血藤体积分数为95%的乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了9个单体成分,分别为blumenol A(1)、(6S,7E,9R)-roseoside(2)、(6S,7E,9R)-6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigman-3-one-9-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-(β-D-glucopyranoside](3)、7S,8R-erythro-4,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、(7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-(β-D-glucopyranoside(5)、(7S,8R)-3,3',5-trimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,5'-neolignan-4,9,9'-triol(6)、次黄苷(hypoxanthine-9-β-D-ribofuranoside,7)、烟酸(nicotinic acid,8)和丁二酸(amber acid,9)。结论其中2-8均为首次从密花豆属中分离得到的化合物。

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn
Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from Spatholobus suberectus Dunn. Methods The compounds w ere isolated by chromatographic methods such as silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,and identified by the chemical and physical methods,especially spectral analysis. Results Fourteen compounds w ere isolated. The structures of them w ere identified as blumenol A( 1),( 6S,7E,9R)-roseoside( 2),( 6S,7E,9R)-6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigman-3-one-9-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-( 1→6)-(-D-glucopyranoside]( 3),7S,8R-erythro-4,9,9'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside( 4),( 7S,8R)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-4-O-(-D-glucopyranoside( 5),( 7S,8R)-3,3',5-trimethoxy-4',7-epoxy-8,5'-neolignan-4,9,9'-triol( 6),hypoxanthine-9-(-D-ribofuranoside( 7),nicotinic acid( 8),and amber acid( 9). Conclusions Among them,compounds 2-8 are obtained from Spatholobus genus for the first time.
