糖脉宁胶囊药效学研究

目的:研究糖脉宁胶囊对糖尿病及其并发症的药理作用。方法:采用高血糖模型大鼠、高血脂模型大鼠及视神经损害大鼠模型,分成正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、糖脉宁胶囊低、中、高剂量组(8 g/kg、16 g/kg、24g/kg),共6组进行糖脉宁胶囊药效学研究。结果:中、高剂量组糖脉宁胶囊能显著降低造模大鼠的血糖、血脂水平,对视神经损伤的大鼠有一定疗效。结论:糖脉宁胶囊能显著降低高血糖大鼠的血糖、血脂水平,对视神经损伤的大鼠有一定疗效。

Pharmacodynamic Study on Tang Mai Ning Capsule

Abstract Objective： Pharmacological study of tang mai ning capsule on diabetes and its complica- tions. ＇Methods： To adopt the rat models with high blood sugar, high blood fat and optic nerve injury, and divided them into normal control group, model control group, positive control group, and the low（Sg/kg） ,medium（ 16g/ kg） and high dosage （24g/kg） groups of tang mai ning capsule. A total of 6 groups were arranged to conduct the study on Pharmacodynamics of tang mai ning capsule. Results： The medium and high dosage groups of tang mai ning capsule could significantly decrease the blood glucose and blood fat of rat models, and have a certain effect on rats with optic nerve injury. Conclusion： tang mai ning capsule could significantly decrease the blood glucose and the level of hyperglycemia in rats, and has certain curative effect on rats with optic nerve injury.
