针药结合治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍临床疗效观察

目的:评价针药结合治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍的临床疗效和分析疗效特点。方法:将91例抑郁症患者随机分为针药结合组49例(针药组)和SSRI类抗抑郁药加促睡眠药组42例(对照组)。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评定疗效。结果:经4周治疗后,两组治疗后HAMD、PSQI积分相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。PSQI量表各因子分中,两组治疗后睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍五项相比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),但在睡眠障碍一项上无差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合SSRI类抗抑郁药及促睡眠药治疗抑郁症睡眠障碍疗效好,适合临床应用和进一步研究。

Observing clinical efficacy and characteristics with acupuncture and medicine in treating depression sleep disorders

Objective:To evaluate the treatment of depression with acupuncture combining SSRI antidepressants and sleep-promoting medicine of sleep disorders in clinical efficacy and characteristics.Methods:91 cases of depression were randomly divided into groups with acupuncture combining SSRI antidepressants and sleep-promoting medicine.49 cases(needle-group) and 42 cases(control group).Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) were used to be clinical evaluation scale.Results:After four weeks treatment,both groups on HAMD,PSQI points of the difference was significant(P<0.01).The difference of five factors of PSQI in the two groups like sleep quality,falling sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency and day dysfunction were significant(P<0.01).But in sleep disorder,no difference(P> 0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combining SSRI antidepressants and sleep-promoting medicine in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders was effective and suitable for clinical applications and further study.
