| 摘 要： | 对４２例颈内动脉系统ＴＩＡ患者进行正中神经短潜伏期体感诱发电位（ＭＮ－ＳＬＳＥＰ）顶、中央前成份研究。结果表明ＭＮ－ＳＬＳＥＰ总异常率为６６．７％，中央前成份异常率（５９．４％）明显比顶成份异常率（２１．７／）高（ｘ２＝１０．２，Ｐ＜０．０１），ＭＮ－ＳＬＳＥＰ中央前成份是颈内动脉系统ＴＩＡ一个敏感的诊断指标，同时记录顶、中央前成份将提高ＭＮ－ＳＬＳＥＰ财ＴＩＡ诊断的敏感性。

| Abstract: | Parietal and precentral component of medical nerve short latency somatosensory evoked potential (MN-SLSEP) were studied in 42 cases of transinent ischemia attacks in arteria cartis in terna. It was found that rate of abnormality of MN-SLSEP was 66.7 percent. Precental component were abnormal (59. 4 percent )more than parital component (21. 7 percent). It is concluded that precentral component is a sensitive parameter in diagnosing TIA, and recording both panietal and precentral components can raise the sensityvity of MNMLSEP in diagnosing TIA. |
