阻滞疗法治疗冻结肩

评价颈椎椎旁神经、肩胛上神经和喙突下区３个阻滞点注药方式治疗冻结肩的疗效。２０例（Ａ组）冻结肩患者采用利多卡因、醋酸确炎松、ＶｉｔＢ１２、透明质酸酶等复合液在每个阻滞点注入３～６ｍｌ，并与１０例（Ｂ组）采用痛点阻滞的患者进行疗效比较。结果：Ａ组在疼痛、障碍改善和疗效方面均优于Ｂ组（Ｐ〈０．０１）。Ａ组总有效率为９０．０％。Ｂ组７０．０％。临床治疗过程中未见有明显毒副作用。提示：阻滞疗法治疗冻结肩设计合理且疗效肯定。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Frozen Shoulder with Three-point Blocking Therapies

In order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of three-point blocking therapies (paravertebral ganglion, suprascapular nerve and subcoracoid area) for frozen shoulder (FS). Three to 6 ml Mixed fluid containing triamcinolone, lidocaine, VitB12 and hyaluronidase was injected into each blocking point in 20 cases of FS (group A) of FS and the therapeutic effect was compared with that in the 10 cases of FS (group B) receiving the treatment with points douloureux block. The results showed that in the group A, the improvement of pain and joint function disorder and therapeutic effect were superior to those in the group B ( P <0 01). The total curative effect rate in the group A and group B was 90 % and 70 0 % respectively. No significant side effect was found in the clinical practice. It was suggested that the design of treatment of FS with three-point blocking therapies was reasonable.
