急性脑梗死患者PPARγ表达水平变化对脑梗死体积的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨脑梗死患者PPARγmRNA表达水平对脑梗死的影响。方法:收集在神经内科就诊的发病3d以内的脑梗死患者48例,同时收集相匹配的体检者45例作对照。用RT-PCR法测定两组对象空腹周围血淋巴细胞PPARγmRNA表达情况。脑梗死患者依据发病后48~72hCT检查结果,计算脑梗死体积。结果:脑梗死组和对照组PPARγmRNA表达值分别为0.236±0.06和0.841±0.08,两组比较差异显著;脑梗死组PPARγmRNA表达和脑梗死体积呈负相关(γ=-0.662,P<0.001)。结论:发病3d内脑梗死患者周围血淋巴细胞PPARγmRNA表达下调,和脑梗死体积呈负相关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of the PPARγmRNA expression level on the volume of cerebral infarction in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:The cases diagnosed as cerebral infarction within 3 days of onset from department of neurology were included and 45 healthy persons from physical examination were selecteded the control group.RT-PCR were performed to examine the expression level of the peripheral lymphocytes PPARγmRNA.On all patients the cerebral infarction volume were measured by CT examine within 48 h to 72 h of onset.Results:The PPARγmRNA expression level in the cerebral infarction patient group(0.236±0.06) was lower than in the control group(0.841±0.08).Two groups had significant differences.In patients with cerebral infarction group the PPARγmRNA expression level was negative correlation with the volume of cerebral infarction (r=-0.662,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression level of the peripheral lymphocytes PPARγmRNA is not only decreased in patients with cerebral infarction within 3 days of onset,but also is negative correlation with the volume of cererbral infarction.
