脑动脉CT可视化模型在解剖学教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的采用脑动脉及颅底CT可视化模型进行脑动脉解剖学教学,评价该模型在临床教学中的应用价值。方法采用GE Light Speed 64排CT机对10例健康体检者行脑血管CTA检查,将原始数据导入ADW 4.2工作站利用VR、MIP及CPR进行颅底及脑动脉重建,完成颅底及脑动脉CT可视化模型,并应用于解剖学教学。选用10个有关颅底及脑动脉解剖学基本问题对30名实习医师(第一组)和30名进修医师(第二组)于授课前后进行两次测试,以评价脑动脉CT可视化模型的教学效果。结果脑动脉CT可视化模型显著提高了两组学生的平均测试成绩,授课后第一组和第二组的成绩上升幅度分别是36%(P<0.01)和24%(P<0.01)。课后学生对脑动脉CT可视化教学模型均反应良好。结论脑动脉CT可视化模型提供一个创新性教学模式,能够提高学生对颅底及脑动脉复杂解剖结构及其空间关系的理解。随着进一步对脑血管及颅内疾病CT可视化模型的研制,CT可视化模型可用于指导外科手术和外科教学。

Abstract:Objective To teach students cerebral arteries anatomy by using CT visible models and evaluate the value of these models in clinical teaching.Methods A series of CT models depicting the skull base and cerebral arteries were created by a 64-row CT scanner and an ADW 4.2 graphics computer workstation.Afterwards,these models were used to conduct the teaching of cerebral arteries anatomy.A standard examination of ten basic skull base and cerebral arteries questions was administered repeatedly to 30 interns(group 1) and 30 in-service training physicians(group 2) before and after teaching so as to evaluate the effectiveness of these CT visible models as educational instruments.Results Teaching on the cerebral artery CT visible models produced substantial improvements in the overall average test scores for the two groups,with an overall increase of 36 percent(P<0.01) and 24 percent(P<0.01) for group 1 and group 2,respectively.Student evaluation after the teaching also confirmed the effectiveness of understanding the cerebral arteries anatomy using the cerebral arteries CT visible models.Conclusion Cerebral arteries CT visible models provide an innovative educational framework,and can significantly improve students' understanding of the complex cerebral arteries and the three-dimensional anatomy.Moreover,with study and manufacture of the CT visible models with cerebrovascular and intracranial diseases,CT visible models will also be used to guide surgery operation and perform surgery teaching.
