泛影葡胺和欧乃派克在X线造影检查中副反应的对比研究

目的 对比观察离子型76％泛影葡胺和非离子型300mgI/ml欧乃派克在X线造影检查中的副反应,讨论其机理及临床应用价值。材料与方法:观察305例,76％泛影葡胺组274例,欧乃派克组31例,造影剂用量20—60ml。结果:76％泛影葡胺组发生副反应14例(5.1％),欧乃派克组无一例副反应发生。结论:非离子型造影剂由于具有良好的理化特性,副反应明显低于离子型造影剂,因此在X线造影检查中,特别是高危人群应尽量使用非离子型造影剂。
