射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速复发因素的分析

总结了90例阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)患者行射频消融术(RFCA)治疗的复发率,并对复发可能的原因作了初步分析,结果:总复发率5.6％(5/90),其中显性与隐性旁路(AP)复发率分别为3.3％(1/30)和7.5％(3/39),P<0.05;左侧与右侧AP复发率分别为4％(2/50)和10％(2/19),P<0.05;房室结双径路消融慢径复发率4.1％(1/22);复发时间0.5—120(28.4±40.4)天,复发可能与消融靶点图判断不准确,导管操作不熟练、旁路走行位置较深、消融终点认识不足、观察时间不够等因素有关,提示需对RFCA患者进行随访。

The Analysis of Recurrent Factors in Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia with RFCA

The recurrency were possibly related with inaccuraly of ablating targetgraphy, unskilled catheter operation, the deep track of bypass not enough obser-vatary time, and so on, Which indicated that we should follow up those patients with RFCA.
