摘 要: | <正> 钴~(60)-γ射线辐照灭菌是一种较为理想的灭菌方法,某些国家已成功地应用于食品及粮食的灭菌。国内也有人试用这种方法对中药材及中成药进行灭菌,结果表明,用50万—100万伦琴的钴~(60)-γ射线辐照后,药物含菌量可达到国家规定标准,用100万—300万伦琴γ-射线辐照后能彻底灭菌。但灭菌后有效成分是否发生变化,仅有人对几种单味药材及用单味药材细粉与等量蜂蜜混合后制成的“模拟蜜丸”作过一些考查,而对于市售中成药,尤其对蜜丸尚未见报导。

STUDIES ON THE EFFECT OF ~(60)C。r-RAY DISINFECTION ON THE MAJOR ACTIVE CONSTITUENTS OF A FEW TRADITIONAL CHINESE CRUDE DRUGS AND CHINESE PATENT MEDICINES |

Abstract: | The contents of major active constituents of three chinese pat- ent medicines and five traditional chinese crude drugs were determ- ined before and after ~(60)Coγ-ray radiation by TLC Scanning,HPLC, GC,Amino Acid Analysis,other chemical and physical methods.The results showed that after radiation by 500,000 and 1,000,000 Roentg- en,the contents of organic acids,flavonoids,saponins,berberine, HgS,VB_1,volatile oils,and coumarins in the honeyed boluses were not changed on the whole,but after radiation by 2,000,000 Roentgen,the contents of VB_1,volatile oils and coumarins were changed slightly. That of the other costituents were unchanged. When the crude drugs were radiated by 40,000,80,000and 160,000 Roentgen,the contents of saponins,volatile oils,amino acids,and isochlorogenic acid were not changed basically,but the content o chlorogenic acid in it was changed slightly. |
